Contest Entry Checklist:		Screenplay (90-130 pages): 3 hole paper, blank card covers, and 2 brads. Title and writer contact information on title page. NOTE: Screenplays will not be returned. Please make sure you have additional copies.
		Completed and Signed Entry Form. One form for each script, although they may be mailed together.
		Sign and initial below acknowledging that you have read, understood and complied with AAA Contest’s Rules and Regulations and Release Statement.
		Entry Fee: $40 per feature script, $30 per teleplay. If your screenplay is more than 125 pages, please add $10 to entry fee for that script.
