South Park: The Complete Fifth Season

Trey Parker
Created by Trey Parker & Matt Stone

The fifth season of South Park offers "shit." 162 counts of shit to be precise, as the season premiere once again pushes the boundaries of acceptable broadcast standards and practices while lampooning the very standards that allow the word to be used as an expletive but not as a noun. Creators Parker and Stone continue their politically incorrect antics with a fight between two handicapped kids, school-administered sex education that leads to fanatical condom use, and even the economics of the amusement-park industry when Cartman buys one for the sole purpose of excluding others from going to it. With razor-sharp wit and biting satire, the series continues its crusade against damn near everything. Brief but uninsightful commentary from the creators is included for each episode.
